What is the Best Blood Pressure for Healthful Longevity?
Ronald Grisanti D.C., D.A.B.C.O., M.S.
According to a report presented at Boston University School of Medicine by the National High Blood Pressure Education Program, the ideal blood pressure for is 115/75.
According to the report, mortality from stroke and ischemic heart disease increases exponentially with blood pressure.
The key messages of the report state that those older than age 50 with a systolic (top number) blood pressure (BP) of greater than 140 mm Hg is a more important cardiovascular disease (CVD) risk factor than diastolic (bottom number) BP.
The authors continue to state that your cardiovascular risk doubles for each increment of 20/10 mm Hg;
The following chart will provide a quick review of the increased risk of CVD with increased blood pressure:
Dr. Grisanti's Comments:
High blood pressure (HBP) is at an all time high. There are over 68 million Americans with HBP. Considering the guidelines have changed, there are many people who are walking around not knowing they are at an increased risk of having a fatal heart attack.
I am just about finished writing a comprehensive special report on lowering blood pressure. You WILL NOT find any of this information on NET. My research includes many clinical studies drug companies hope you don't find. Most clinical studies are written by doctors funded by the drug companies and simply neglect to tell the "whole" truth.
I am astounded with the wealth of information written and documented in the medical literature on the "real" causes of high blood pressure.
This report will be a real eye-opener and can very well save your life.
The report is going to be sold for only $17.95 for non-members and will be free for members.
If you want to discover the underlying causes of high blood pressure, then I strongly recommend you order my report.
The report will be available for non-members for a 15 day free trial review.
If interested in receiving the report, please contact me at [email protected] and put your name on the list to be notified when the report is finished.
